Accomodation is usually for one or more weeks. Arrivals between 12 a.m. and 7 p.m., preferably on Saturdays. Departures before 10 a.m.
Should You require different arrival and departure timing please contact the Management.

Upon Your arrival in Castiglione della Pescaia, please contact our representative for the check in procedures (key delivery, home explanation).

You will be asked to show an I.D. of all the people accomodating at the Villa, to pay the remaining amount due by cash (if not already paid by bank transfer), and to give the agreed caution money. You will receive the caution money back at the check out, following to the inspection of damages caused to the Villa or to the pieces of furniture during Your stay.

You must return all the keys to our representative at the check out. In case of loss of one or more keys of the Villa, You will have to pay for the whole lock changing. You will also have to correspond the total amount for the consumptions and for the final cleaning. The final cleaning charge is 24,00 Euro per person and will be deducted from the money back if not paid by cash.

For longer periods and for all the autumn/winter stays - from 01.10 - 15.05 - You will be charged for the heating. The settled amount for the heating is 12,00 Euro per day.

The owner will not be considered responsibile of any damage, break, accident, theft, water gas and electricity interruption, which may happen during Your stay at the Villa.
